Energy Jobline ZR in Bristol is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to drive electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed FMCG production lines.

You will manage a hands-on team, optimise uptime, implement preventive maintenance, and lead continuous improvement across the site.The role operates a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights) with a competitive salary up to £56,000 plus pension and life insurance.

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.
• Team Leadership / Supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical maintenance experience (motors, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics).
• Basic PLC fault-finding experience advantageous.

Desirable Requirements for the Engineering Team Leader.

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK..
• Supervisory experience
• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
