Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage mechanical and electrical fault-finding, drive PPM, and work with production to improve efficiency. Qualifications

• Industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical/electrical faults.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers and technicians across the site.
• Prioritise and allocate maintenance tasks to maximise factory efficiency.
• Drive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and record usage in SAP.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Support improvement projects and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with production to provide technical support.
• Ensure engineering documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Champion Health & Safety and 5S standards.
• Assist with training and developing teams.
