Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Peterborough is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a multi-skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The role focuses on driving equipment reliability, overseeing planned maintenance, and leading continuous improvement, with Monday–Friday days and no weekend work.
The position offers a £54,000 basic salary with a benefits package and clear progression in a stable, established manufacturing setting.
Competenze
- Experience as a senior maintenance leader or supervisor in manufacturing.
- Strong electrical and mechanical engineering background.
- Knowledge of PPMs, breakdowns and continuous improvement.
- Experience with multi-skilled maintenance teams.
Mansioni
- Lead, manage and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
- Oversee planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
- Manage KPIs, maintenance schedules and team performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with production to maximise machinery efficiency.
- Support projects and maintenance budgets.
- Work Monday to Friday with days-only shifts.
