BMS Performance Ltd. in Plymouth seeks an experienced maintenance professional to lead maintenance across a busy site, drive improvements to processes and systems, and establish clear ownership and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Must have full right to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience; formal management training is advantageous.
• A multi-skilled engineering background, with either a mechanical or electrical bias.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

The Role

This is an opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to take a leadership-focused position, driving improvements across maintenance activities, processes and systems. You will oversee projects, support the development of maintenance strategies and help establish clear ownership, accountability and performance standards. While an engineering background is important, this is not primarily a hands-on, tools-based role.

Package

• Salary of approximately £45,000.
• Mon-fri role, day shift only
• Bonus opportunity of up to 10%, subject to individual objectives and company profitability.
