Job summary

The Engineering Team Leader role is based at a world-class manufacturing facility with a Blue Chip listed partner. The package includes a basic salary around 72,000 per annum, KPI-driven bonus and an extensive benefits programme including a matched pension, overtime premiums, career development and OEM training.

Work will include days/nights 4 on 4 off shifts, with a strong emphasis on safety, training and team leadership within a multinational engineering team.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance
• Strong Health and Safety awareness
• Previous experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner Lead Engineer etc
• Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities

The Engineering Team Leader vacancy is working at a brand new manufacturing facility; It is working with a Blue Chip listed and market-leading manufacturing group at a world class facility.
