Qualifications

• An experienced engineer with a strong mix of electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as food, packaging, pharma, or similar.
• Leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous, but not essential.
• People-focused leader who can inspire and develop others.
• Strong communication with a proactive, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of engineers to grow their skills.
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
• Assist fault finding on electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with production and site teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote a safe, positive, team-focused culture aligned with site standards.
