NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for its high-speed drinks production operation in Lanarkshire. The role is weekend shift and hands-on, leading from the front to drive reliability and continuous improvement on production lines.

You will develop your team, manage maintenance tasks, and coordinate with other teams to optimise line performance, safety, and compliance within site procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance/engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Strong fault finding and problem solving abilities.
• Knowledge of planned and preventive maintenance systems.
• Experience using CMMS (IFS/SAP or similar).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shift activity to maximise team output and resources.
• Ensure maintenance is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Manage contractors and site procedures.
• Own maintenance schedules for production lines and services.
• Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to support line performance.
