Qualifications
- Proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, or power transmission fields.
- Strong planning and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with electrical system design, repair, and analysis.
- Willingness to work in safety-critical settings.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and evaluate electrical/electronic equipment.
- Read schematics and blueprints to support troubleshooting.
- Prepare plans of action, BOMs, and time estimates for tasks.
- Support customer site visits for diagnostics as needed.
- Contribute to SOPs, training materials, and process improvements.
- Communicate project status to management and relevant personnel.
