£66,304 + £5,254 shift allowance

The Port of Tilbury Grain Terminal is the UK’s largest grain handling facility for both imports and exports. As Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the terminal’s operational performance by planning and delivering reactive and planned maintenance across plant, equipment and engineering systems. You will supervise the engineering team, respond promptly to faults and breakdowns, and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company and statutory requirements.
We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Engineering Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge, excellent fault‑finding skills and the confidence to lead a small engineering team in a busy operational environment. You will be safety‑focused, organised and collaborative, with the flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern including weekends at the Port of Tilbury.
