Job summary

Confidential Twyford-based engineering firm is seeking an experienced Stores/Stock Administrator to manage stock levels for engineers and project managers. You will handle supplier liaison, quotations, and pricing/time-scale planning.

Ideal candidates will have stores/stock experience, strong admin skills in Word/Excel, and a valid UK driving licence for onsite material pickups or deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/stock control with ability to manage levels and returns.
• Able to produce quotations and basic price/time-scale plans.
• Strong administrative skills using Word and Excel.
• Full UK driving licence required for on-site collection/delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing stock levels for engineers and PMs.
• Direct contact with suppliers to coordinate orders and returns.
• Create small quotations for management review.
• Create price plans and time scale plans for the team.
• Oversee site compliance tasks such as PAT and alarm testing.
