Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited is recruiting a Stores Coordinator for a busy food manufacturing business in Leicester. The role is 8am-5pm on a 3-month contract with potential to go permanent for the right person. DOE - up to £36,000 per annum.

You will manage engineering stores, book parts, raise POs, and keep stock records accurate. An engineering background in manufacturing or FMCG is essential, with hands-on organisation and a proactive approach.

• Experience in stores, stock control or parts coordination.
• Knowledge of engineering parts and components.
• Experience ordering parts and raising purchase orders.

• Organising and maintaining the engineering stores.
• Booking parts and materials in and out of stock.
• Ordering engineering parts and consumables.

• Producing invoices and processing parts orders.
• Carrying out regular stock takes and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring essential parts are available.
• Liaising with suppliers and the engineering team.

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Coordinator to join a busy food manufacturing business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an engineering background who is organised, hands-on and confident managing engineering parts and stock.

The stores currently needs some organisation, so we are looking for someone who can take ownership, get things in order and improve the way the stores is managed.
