Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Stores Controller for a permanent, days-based role near Desford. The position offers a salary up to £40,000 and a Monday to Friday 8am–4pm schedule.

You will oversee the engineering stores, process spare parts requests, and ensure stock accuracy and safe storage in line with COSHH requirements. This role provides training and development opportunities within a market-leading manufacturing environment, with a stable permanent contract and a site-centric

Qualifications

• Experience with an Engineering Stores system (stock control, computer-based, PPM) is required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Control and allocate engineering parts and consumables stores inventory.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Engineering Stores.
• Perform daily and month-end checks of stock levels for fuels/chemicals and ensure safe COSHH storage.
