Job summary

The One Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Engineering Storesperson for a 4-month fixed-term contract at an FMCG manufacturing site. You will focus on organising and cataloguing engineering stores to support a fast-paced production environment.

With a strong engineering/maintenance background and excellent Excel skills, you will build a structured stores system, label parts clearly, and ensure quick access for the engineering team. Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00.

Qualifications

• Engineering/maintenance background or strong knowledge of engineering components.
• Highly proficient in Excel with attention to detail.
• Organised, methodical and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Organising and categorising engineering spares and stock.
• Creating and maintaining accurate Excel spreadsheets.
• Identifying and cataloguing mechanical and electrical components.
• Reviewing existing stock and improving organisation.
• Ensuring parts are clearly labelled and easy to locate.
• Creating a structured stores system that the engineering team can maintain going forward.
