• No teaching or assessing experience required.
• Industry candidates encouraged to apply with support to gain assessor qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of engineering apprentices.
• Coach across MOET, Engineering Fitting, Mechatronics and Mechanical Maintenance standards.
• Support portfolio building and evidence gathering.
• Carry out learner progress reviews and workplace assessments; prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment.
• Work closely with employers and manage your own diary.
