Qualifications
Strong engineering knowledge ideally gained through several years of industrial experience.
Experience in installing and maintaining fluid power systems, mechatronic systems, and engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality training in subjects aligned to engineering expertise.
Support progression through Level 3 apprenticeship and HNC programmes.
Manage physical learning resources for effective training.
Create and develop learning content for apprenticeship trailblazers.
Monitor the learning environment and ensure learner welfare.
Skills
Strong engineering knowledge
