Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Shift Team Leader near Tottenham to oversee the on-shift maintenance team and drive reliability of automated production equipment. The role combines hands-on electrical work with team leadership across days and nights shifts.

• Perform hands-on electrical maintenance, fault finding and PM on automated production machinery.
• Lead improvement initiatives and ensure reliability of production lines.
• Collaborate with other shifts and departments to maintain continuous operations.

Shift: Days and Nights

A Large industrial manufacturing organisation is seeking a Engineering Shift Team Leader to join thier establised maintenance team near Tottenham, North London. The Engineering Shift Team Leader will be in charge of 8 maintenance engineers on shift and will be involved in both hands on maintenance and management tasks. The Engineering Shift Team leader will also be responsible for hands on electrical maintenance, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully auotmated production machinery.
