Fox's Burton's Companies (FBC) UK in Blackpool is seeking an Engineering Shift Lead to direct the Shift Engineering Team, oversee preventive maintenance, and resolve complex issues quickly. You will hand over detailed updates to the next shift and support production with prioritised engineering work.

Qualificações

• Time served in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• IOSH certification.
• Food safety/hygiene qualification.
• Knowledge of planned maintenance systems (Shire).
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Manufacturing background, preferably in food industry.
• Demonstrable leadership and team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an engineering team to support plant operation and prioritise work.
• Develop engineering team members to meet goals and targets.
• Ensure shift documentation and handovers are up to date.
• Maintain maintenance systems and records accurately.
• Provide technical detail for handovers and assist in decision making.
• Escalate issues for external support as required.
• Attend short interval control meetings and represent Engineering.
