Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment invites you to join from day one as it builds its engineering recruitment desk. You’ll work directly with the founder, receiving intensive training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business.

No prior recruitment or engineering experience is required. We provide the training, guidance and opportunity, and you bring the ambition and commitment to make the most of it.

Qualifications

• Ambition to build a career in sales or recruitment.
• Evidence of hard work, determination and persistence.
• Confidence communicating with people and willingness to develop sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with engineering businesses, identify recruitment opportunities and win new clients.
• Source, interview and build relationships with candidates across engineering markets.
• Match suitable candidates with vacancies and manage the recruitment process from intro to placement.
• Build your own specialist recruitment desk and understand your market and clients.
• Work towards performance targets while developing commercial skills to become a successful consultant.
