Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant (Engineering) in Bristol. You’ll join early in the build, receive intensive one-to-one training, and gain access to industry-leading training, uncapped earning potential and clear progression toward leadership.

You’ll work directly with the founder to develop relationships with engineering businesses, source candidates, and build a successful recruitment desk from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Engineering businesses, identify recruitment opportunities and win new clients.
• Source, interview and build relationships with candidates across engineering markets.
• Match suitable candidates with vacancies and manage the recruitment process from intro to placement.
• Build your own specialist recruitment desk and understand your market and clients.
• Work towards performance targets while developing commercial skills to succeed.
