Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment is recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol. You will join early in the company's growth, receiving intensive one-to-one training from the founder and aiming to progress into leadership with uncapped earning potential.

You'll develop relationships with engineering businesses, source and interview candidates, and manage the recruitment process from introduction to placement, while building your own desk and sales skills.

You'll work directly alongside the founder, receiving intensive one-to-one training in recruitment, sales psychology, negotiation and winning new business. You'll learn the skills, techniques and processes behind building a highly profitable recruitment desk, with the guidance and support to put them into practice.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with engineering businesses, identify recruitment opportunities and win new clients.
• Source, interview and build relationships with candidates across specialist engineering markets.
• Match suitable candidates with vacancies, managing the recruitment process from initial introduction through to placement.
• Build your own specialist recruitment desk, developing a strong understanding of your market and clients.
• Work towards performance targets while developing the commercial skills required to become a successful recruitment consultant.
