The People Pod is expanding its Engineering recruitment team in the United Kingdom, focusing on Nuclear, Defence and Energy Transition. We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can build a specialist market from day one, own client relationships and deliver high-caliber engineering talent.

You’ll own the full lifecycle, win new business, develop a network of senior engineers and hiring managers, and work with an ambitious team across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant.
• Experience recruiting within Engineering, Nuclear, Defence, Energy or another technical market would be advantageous.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience building and maintaining a strong candidate network.
• A track record of successful placements and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Own your market and the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships through to identifying and placing exceptional engineering talent.
• Develop relationships with senior engineering, project and hiring stakeholders.
• Win new business through targeted outreach and market mapping.
• Build a high-calibre technical candidate network via headhunting and referrals.
• Collaborate with the wider team to share market intelligence and opportunities.
