TXM Recruit in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our General Engineering team. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

You’ll build trust quickly, win new business, and source top engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical disciplines while providing a seamless candidate experience and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Experience leading full-cycle recruitment campaigns.
Proven ability to win and manage clients in engineering sectors.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
Build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
