Amoria Bond is expanding its Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, European, and US markets. This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership of your desk, including winning new business, headhunting, and managing the full lifecycle from start to finish.

You will build and maintain client and candidate relationships, leverage LinkedIn for market engagement, and operate across international markets with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ months recruitment experience or more.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-focused with motivation to increase earnings and progression.

Responsibilities

• Own full 360 recruitment desk from start to finish.
• Win new business and develop client portfolio.
• Head hunt and place specialist candidates.
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Engage on LinkedIn for market engagement and brand building.
• Work in international markets (UK, Europe, US) and travel as needed.
