Job summary

Amoria Bond is expanding its Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, European, and US markets. This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership of your desk, including winning new business, headhunting, and managing the full lifecycle from start to finish.

You will build and maintain client and candidate relationships, leverage LinkedIn for market engagement, and operate across international markets with travel opportunities.

• 12+ months recruitment experience or more.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-focused with motivation to increase earnings and progression.

Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced recruiters.

If you have 12+ months recruitment experience and are looking for a role where you can increase earnings, accelerate progression, and build an international desk, this could be a strong next step.

Amoria Bond is expanding its Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, European, and US markets.

What you will be doing

This is a 360 recruitment role with full ownership of your desk:

• Winning new business and developing your client portfolio
• Headhunting and placing specialist candidates
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
• Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
• Developing your personal brand and using LinkedIn for market engagement
• Working international markets including UK, Europe, and the US
• Attending client meetings, including international travel opportunities
