Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead end-to-end CAPEX projects across London sites, from initial scoping and tendering to handover to operations. You will work with operations teams and contractors, ensuring CDM compliance, RAMS/CPP, and on-time delivery within budget.

A background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and formal qualifications are strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Formal qualifications within these sectors are encouraged; BTEC/HND or relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects end-to-end.
• Oversee site set up, inductions, RAMS, CPP and handover to operations teams.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and compliant CDM practices on all projects.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and contractors to deliver schemes on time and within budget.
• Financial forecasting of live projects and reporting on value of work done (VOWD).
