• Experience delivering improvements in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and process-improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Investigate recurring production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Hygiene teams.
• Track milestones, report progress and communicate results.
• Train teams to embed improvements and ensure long-term adoption.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to maintain production performance.
