Job summary

Gi Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator for its Fareham-based environment testing and engineering projects. You will support multiple technical projects, coordinate internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure documentation and deliverables stay on track.

The role emphasizes strong organisation, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach, with responsibilities spanning planning, testing coordination, and invoicing readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role.
• Engineering, testing, manufacturing or technical environment experience beneficial.
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
• Confident communicator (written and verbal).
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and business tools.
• Positive team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Coordinate test samples, documentation and workflow with technical teams.
• Assist with subcontract testing, equipment hire and third-party coordination.
• Maintain accurate project records, forecasts and administrative documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time to support invoicing.
• Provide clear communication to internal teams and customers.
