Job summary

MBDA in Bristol is seeking a Project Manager to define, plan and deliver medium to large size contracts/programmes. Salary circa £50,000-£56,000 depending on experience. Dynamic hybrid working: 2-3 days on-site.

The role requires BPSS checks and British citizenship or dual UK nationality. You’ll engage across UK and Europe, develop your skills, and benefit from a comprehensive package including a company bonus and enhanced leave.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a matrix organisation.
• Strong risk management skills.
• Sound business judgement for complex problems.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and new challenges.
• Experience leading projects from a business perspective, incl. EVM, schedule adherence, and risk assessments.
• Bidding and estimating experience.
