Job summary

Winsearch is supporting a leading UK engineering and manufacturing organisation in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, to recruit a Project Coordinator. You will manage customer projects from order receipt through to delivery, coordinating across Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Production.

The role requires highly organised, commercially aware individuals who can track milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, Customer Projects or Account Coordination role.
• Strong admin and reporting capabilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for allocated customer accounts.
• Support the delivery of customer work packages alongside Project Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate order books, project trackers and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate activities across Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Production teams.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks to delivery, cost, quality or customer satisfaction.
• Assist with contract reviews, purchase order reviews and customer requirement verification.
• Prepare customer reports, meeting packs and project documentation.
• Track actions arising from customer and internal review meetings.
• Escalate issues and delivery risks where additional support or decisions are required.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions relating to project, delivery or quality issues.
• Ensure all customer commitments are communicated effectively across the business.
