You will lead all production teams, drive LEAN initiatives, and report to the Managing Director. The role operates Monday to Friday, 7am–4:30pm, in a dynamic environment with scope to progress to director-level roles.

The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000, plus progression to director, training, bonus, and additional company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Manager in engineering/manufacturing.
• LEAN manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all production teams.
• Drive LEAN improvements across the shopfloor.
• Report directly to the Managing Director.
• Ensure manufacturing processes and output meet quality and delivery targets.
