Job summary

You will lead engineering projects from concept through to manufacturing, quality testing and final delivery, coordinating with design teams, production, and clients to meet deadlines.

The role offers £35,000 - £45,000 plus bonus, training and company benefits, with a clear progression path within a close-knit, long-standing family business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering projects in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, deadlines and customer specs.
• Willingness to commute to Pontypool or relocate if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering projects from initial concept through design, manufacturing, quality testing and final delivery.
• Manage project deadlines, budgets and customer specification.
• Identify risks and implement solutions.
• Monitor project process whilst keeping clients and company stakeholders updated.
