Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited are recruiting a Production Manager (Engineering) in Newcastle. You will lead all production teams within a dynamic shopfloor and drive LEAN manufacturing initiatives to optimise output and quality.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role offers £45,000 - £55,000 plus progression to director level, training, bonus and company benefits. Monday to Friday, 7am - 4:30pm. An engineering background is essential.

Are you a Production Manager from an Engineering background or similar looking to become the go to technical expert within an industry leading business offering clear scope to progress into director level roles in the future?

In this pivotal role you will be responsible for all production teams within a dynamic and vibrant shopfloor. You will be working towards LEAN Manufacturing and have the autonomy to make decisions to positively affect the overall manufacturing and production across the company.

Founded over 80 years ago, this industry leading business specialises in a range of industrial door solutions. Covering multiple industries such as fire, security and roller doors they aim to be a one stop solution. From the initial design concept of the product, the manufacturing along with the final installation.

This role would suit a Production Manager from an Engineering background or similar looking to become a technical expert within a progressive business.
