Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a respected aerospace manufacturer in Newry to recruit an Engineering Manager. You will plan and manage engineering staff, liaise with directors, and drive project deadlines in a close-knit, family-run environment.

This Monday–Friday role offers £45,000–£50,000 plus annual pay reviews and a pension scheme. You'll be supported with in-house training aimed at progression into senior roles, with a strong focus on quality and collaboration with production

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant field.
• Commutable to Kilkeel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a variety of engineering staff.
• Overseeing different departments in the small tight knit family run environment.
• Liaising with senior directors to update on engineering activities.
