Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree with a 12-month placement year in mechanical, automotive, aeronautical engineering or STEM degrees.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

Act as a key link between Operations teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Materials Planning) and Engineering.
Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to identify and resolve technical and operational issues across multiple lines.
Lead technical investigations with SMEs and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and containment actions.
Lead at least one PDECR from concept through implementation, applying basic project management and coordinating stakeholder input.
Build a strong cross-functional network and develop broad technical knowledge.
