Cummins Inc. in Huddersfield, United Kingdom, seeks an enthusiastic Engineering Placement Student to support the Turbocharger business segment. You will gain exposure to a major global organisation and contribute to both new and existing Cummins products.

The placement is on-site for three days a week, with candidates expected to travel or relocate. The program runs Summer 2027, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a STEM degree and eligible for a placement year.
• Demonstrates collaboration and teamwork in project settings.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders to support development of Cummins products.
• Build analytical and problem-solving skills through design, testing, and evaluation of components.
• Join team meetings, raise test requests, and present findings during technical reviews.
