• Solid generalist People experience in a dynamic, scale-up environment.
• Experience handling Employee Relations cases and policy guidance.
• Comfort working with technically minded stakeholders and managers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage Employee Relations cases, with documentation and follow-up.
• Provide first-level coaching and advisory support to Managers and Employees.
• Be the first point of contact for People-related queries and policy guidance.
• Collaborate on People initiatives, engagement, and retention projects.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and HR system analytics.
