Job summary

Wavenet is seeking an experienced HR People Partner ER and Change to support and implement the People strategy across multiple locations in the UK. You will lead ER casework, drive HR programs, and manage TUPE for acquisitions, partnering with managers to ensure fair and compliant people practices.

The role requires CIPD qualifications (level 5/7) and several years in HRBP/HR Manager roles, with a strong track record in employee relations and change management.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified to level 5 or 7 with HRBP/Manager experience.
• Proven ER casework experience in a busy environment.
• Office-based HR professional with high attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to the business, providing coaching to managers and colleagues.
• Lead ER casework and HR initiatives contributing to company performance.
• Support TUPE processes for acquisitions and ensure smooth integration.
• Educate management on policies to ensure fairness and consistency.
• Analyse data to improve colleague engagement and HR programs.
• Collaborate across locations to build strong internal relationships.
