Job summary
Elekta is seeking an Engineering & Operations Manager for IntelliMax in a hybrid Crawley-based role. You will lead Software, Test, DevOps, Platform and Operations teams to deliver new platform capabilities while ensuring reliability, security and performance of a critical healthcare platform.
You will coach and guide cross‑functional teams, drive modernization, and align tech with Elekta's long‑term vision for connected devices and IoT services.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering.
- Proven experience leading software/DevOps teams in cloud/platform settings.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical groups.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering org (Software, Test, DevOps, Platform, Operations).
- Drive delivery of new platform capabilities with stability of production services.
- Foster inclusive, high-performing culture focused on improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, Infra, and Cyber Security to meet objectives.
- Support evolution of IntelliMax platform through modernization and excellence.
- Champion Agile and DevOps, improving delivery and quality.
- Ensure security, compliance and resilience of the platform.
- Contribute to long-term tech and product roadmaps.
