Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience as Software Developer in Test or SDET, with automation framework ownership.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and implementing modern DevSecOps practices.
• Proven ability to define and drive quality engineering strategies within regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Cypress, Selenium or similar automation technologies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence teams and promote a shift-left testing culture.
• Experience troubleshooting complex software quality challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of automated test frameworks for complex, safety-critical software.
• Define and implement test automation strategies that support high-quality software delivery.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency, reliability, and release confidence.
• Act as the technical authority for test architecture, tooling, and quality engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams, Product Owners, and architects to build scalable and testable solutions.
• Mentor and support SDETs, test engineers, and other team members, fostering a quality-first mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of new testing technologies, tools, and practices.
• Support the investigation and resolution of complex software quality issues and contribute to long‑term quality roadmaps.
