Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project planning and scheduling in biopharma or related sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, allocate resources, set milestones, and define timelines for engineering initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead regular project status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Use data analytics and KPIs to optimize resource use and improve efficiency.
• Prepare high-level reports for senior management with key insights and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
