Job summary

Autolus, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager (Shift) to lead a multiskilled engineering team supporting GMP manufacturing and QC operations in Stevenage.

The role focuses on maintaining specialist equipment, planning maintenance and coordinating with facilities, validation and capital projects. You will drive problem solving, ensure 100% safe handover of equipment, manage contractors, and uphold GDP, ALCOA, GMP and GEP practices within the CMMS system while fostering continuous improvement and a

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in a clean room or heavily regulated environment.
• Experience in GMP quality management systems (CAPAs, CCs & Deviations).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiskilled engineering team on shift.
• Manage maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment and utility systems.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance within GMP facility.
• Ensure safe handover of equipment to production.
