Search in Liverpool is seeking a driven Business Development Manager for our Engineering & Manufacturing division. You will drive growth across the North West and Yorkshire, developing new client partnerships and delivering recruitment solutions.

A support team will back your success, with mentoring from an experienced leadership group. The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum with car allowance, uncapped commission up to 40% on billings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion for business development and sales.
• Experience in recruitment, especially in BD or account management.
• Full UK driver’s licence with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
• Contact prospective and existing clients.
• Attend client meetings to understand hiring requirements and present recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, fees and service agreements to maximise profitability.
• Work with recruitment consultants to deliver client requirements.
• Keep up to date with market trends and developments to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
