Abtrace Limited is seeking an experienced engineering leader to grow and mentor high-performing teams. You will set technical direction, raise the bar for delivery, and shape a culture of speed, rigor, and accountability as we scale.

You will own delivery across product, design, and operations, balance shipping speed with quality, and lead hands-on discussions on architecture and code. Expertise in Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes and IaC is highly valued, with hybrid working across London.

Formación

• 3+ years engineering leadership in high-growth startups/scale-ups.
• Have scale experience and want to build it again.
• Maintain engineering rigor with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
• Balance speed with quality—ship fast, rarely break things.
• Hands-on enough to engage in code/architecture discussions and delegate when needed.
• Strong product mindset focused on outcomes, not just output.
• Lead hiring and raise performance standards across teams.
• Experience with Python, React, AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC.
