Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree and Chartered Engineer status, or are progressing toward chartership, with proven leadership of diverse engineering teams and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status, or actively working towards chartership.
• Strong Engineering Management capability to lead diverse technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering and design delivery across full project lifecycle.
• Champion health, safety and environmental performance across engineering activities.
• Support development and assurance of permanent works solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, project teams and supply chain partners.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and ensure construction information is accurate and aligned with programme requirements.
• Coordinate materials, plant and technical resources to support delivery.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements and key project documentation.
• Ensure quality standards through inspection, testing and site verification.
