Rullion is recruiting an Engineering Manager for Water & Infrastructure. This hybrid role can be based from offices in Manchester, Chester, Leeds, Guildford, London, Nottingham, or Newcastle, with 2 days per week from home. You will lead engineering delivery across water and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept to construction.

As my client continue to grow their Water and Infrastructure capability across the UK, we're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join and lead the delivery of technically excellent, multi-disciplinary projects across the water and industrial sectors.

As an Engineering Manager, you'll provide technical and people leadership across a portfolio of water and infrastructure projects, ensuring the successful delivery of engineering solutions from concept through to detailed design and construction support.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and discipline leads, providing technical governance, design oversight and mentoring to engineering teams while maintaining strong client relationships. You'll play a key role in developing capability within the business and supporting the growth of Water sector offering across the UK.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, pipelines, reservoirs and associated civil and structural infrastructure.
