Job summary

OLIX is seeking an Engineering Manager, Performance Modelling, to lead a six-person team responsible for architecture specs across DX-1 generations and validate them via roofline, functional, and cycle-accurate models. You will partner with compiler, ASIC, and product teams to balance customer needs with feasibility and delivery timelines.

• Experience leading long-term, high-impact hardware/software projects.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with compiler, ASIC, product teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop engineers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the roadmap for performance modelling at OLIX and align it with OLIX's core objectives and timeline.
• Partner with ASIC and compiler teams to define architecture specifications and validate them through performance models across DX-1 generations.
• Build a high-performance culture balancing innovation, speed, and operational excellence.
• Establish design review practices, clear technical ownership, and predictable execution in a fast hardware/software co-design environment.
• Guide technical decision making to balance long-term sustainability with short-term deliveries.
