Cure Talent Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering function onsite in Kent.

The role covers Mechanical, Electronics, Software and related disciplines, providing technical direction alongside people leadership to deliver robust, commercially viable solutions. The successful candidate will drive resource planning, recruitment, performance management and process improvements, collaborating with manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to push product

Strong ability to recruit, coach and develop engineers.
Proven track record across concept, design, qualification and manufacture.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams across Mechanical, Electronics, Software and related disciplines.
Oversee delivery from concept through manufacture, ensuring quality, cost, schedule and safety.
Coordinate design reviews and risk mitigation across disciplines to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
Improve processes, documentation and governance to drive reliability and development quality.
Collaborate with manufacturing and other functions on roadmaps, cost reduction and transitions from development to production.
