Job summary

Genuit Group seeks an Engineering Manager to lead engineering, maintenance and facilities across Building Products sites in Doncaster. You will drive reliability, lean initiatives and capital projects with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires extensive leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with focus on safety, cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree-level engineering qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across engineering, maintenance and facilities across multiple sites.
• Drive TPM, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and visual management to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead major and minor capital projects with PMO governance and KPIs for cost, schedule and safety.
• Manage capital expenditure budgets, forecasting and reporting.
