You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive technical excellence and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, customised products across demanding industries.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness and collaboration with production, sales and quality teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or similar).
• Proven leadership/management experience in a technical environment.
• Experience delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Oversee projects from concept to delivery, on time and within budget.
