Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or senior engineering leadership role.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams in manufacturing/recycling environments.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multi-skilled engineering team.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure breakdowns are managed to minimise downtime.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and company procedures.
• Identify and deliver engineering improvement projects; deliver budgets.
